Job posting: Revit experienced

National Passive House wall panel company in Lawrence, Kansas.  Build SMART, LLC is a partnership between 77-year-old construction products company PROSOCO, Inc. and internationally-recognized Passive House architect, contractor, consultant and instructor Adam Cohen.  Passive House is the most stringent energy standard in the construction industry.  The largest Passive House structure in the world is being built in River Market.  300,000sqft poured-in-place concrete.  Adam Cohen is the consultant.  For light-frame projects, the Build SMART stud-wall panels are quickly being adopted in the Passive House community, and we are converting more and more designers and contractors to building to Passive House with our panels.  Our primary target market is multi-family, but single-family is also important.

We need an architect with at least 5 years of real-world experience using Revit and BIM with strong Excel and communication skills, familiar with construction shop drawings and commenting process, who is able to meet multiple deadlines with attention to detail, a creative and resourceful problem solver, self-starter, self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and who can think outside-the-box.  Experience in manufacturing and actual building experience are a plus.
